What this site does not collect

SafeNest Senior has no accounts, contact form, or email capture. Newsletters are disabled. The printable checklist works without submitting its contents, and you should not send personal or medical information through public correction channels.

Firebase Hosting

This site is delivered by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Hosting processes routine request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. Firebase states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Optional Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics by Google loads only after you choose Allow analytics. If you decline, the Analytics SDK is not initialized and no Analytics event is sent. If you accept, the service may use cookies or comparable identifiers and process the page title, page URL and path, browser/device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and these non-sensitive interaction events: decision path selected, guide opened, checklist opened, and product link clicked. We do not send email addresses, checklist contents, form values, medical information, or advertising identifiers.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are denied in the implementation. SafeNest Senior uses event-level Analytics data for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated reports may no longer identify an individual browser.

Recipients and international transfers

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland provides Google Analytics in Europe. Google LLC and other Google subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its transfer safeguards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and contractual protections, in its Firebase privacy information and privacy policy.

Your choice and withdrawal

Your choice is stored in your browser under website-analytics-consent. Use the persistent Privacy settings button on any page to reopen the choice. Withdrawing consent disables future Analytics collection on that browser; it does not retroactively erase events already processed. You can also clear site storage in your browser.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
